AI LinkedIn content system

A system that runs LinkedIn copywriting for 20+ client accounts across 14 companies, from the first sales call to monthly posts.

The problem

LinkedIn copywriting for B2B leaders was done by hand. Every new client meant more hours of gathering materials and writing, and posts could come out generic or off-voice. The team couldn't take on more clients without more people.

What I did

  • Mapped out the full program in 4 phases: sales, onboarding, first content, and monthly content.
  • Built the AI steps: an intake form pre-filled from call notes and research, a brand kit for each client, and posts written from many sources, like interview transcripts, sales calls, and internal meeting notes.
  • Added rules against AI-sounding writing, plus a human review step before anything reaches the client.
  • Built one account hub for each client that holds every call, form, and brand kit.
  • Wrote the program guide and flowchart, so the service team knows exactly what to do at each step.

The result

  • 20+ client accounts across 14 companies run on the system
  • 5+ months of live improvements on real client work
  • Intake, research, and first drafts are automated, so the service team spends its time on interviews and editing instead of admin

How it works

Flowchart of the LinkedIn content program in 4 phases: sales, onboarding, first content, and ongoing monthly content. Every call and form is saved to one account hub, and the AI steps pull from it.
