Two apps built from scratch
Two working products, taken from idea to launch with Claude Code.
Social Pipeline
The problem
The team wanted the stats for every post published on its client accounts. The social scheduling tool it used only offered stats per workspace. As an agency managing many clients, paying for every workspace would have cost a lot.
What I did
- Researched other options and found a social media API that gives the stats for all client accounts, at about a third of the cost.
- Made the case to build our own social scheduling app on top of it, and led the build.
- Scoped, designed, built, and launched it end to end, with multiple accounts in one app, each with its own posts and settings.
- Set up error alerts, so problems reach the team before users notice.
The result
- About 1/3 the cost for post stats across all client accounts, compared with the old tool
- One app for scheduling posts and pulling stats for every client

B2B SaaS Buyer Audit
The problem
The team wanted a public tool that shows a SaaS company how well its website answers the questions buyers ask, and brings in leads along the way. A colleague had built an early prototype, but it had three big gaps:
- It asked the same 10 questions no matter which site it audited.
- The user had to type in the ideal answer to each question before it could score anything.
- It searched the whole web, so it could score a site using review sites and competitors' pages instead of the site itself.
What I did
- Told the prototype's owner honestly that it needed a rebuild, then rebuilt it as a website audit tool.
- Made the questions dynamic: the tool writes 10 buyer questions tailored to each website a user enters.
- Removed the need to type in answers: the tool finds competitors' websites on its own, sees how they answer each question, and uses that as the benchmark.
- Made it read the site's own key pages (pricing, product, security, docs) and score each question against them.
- Added a lead step: visitors enter their email to unlock the full report.
- Moved the heavy work to the server, and shipped it in small, testable versions (V1, V2, V3).
The result
- Questions fit each site, so the report is far more relevant to the company reading it
- Anyone can run it in one step: enter a website, no ideal answers needed
- Scores now come only from the site's own pages, and every answer links to the page it came from
- Every new lead goes straight to the email list and the sales team's Slack
- Audit time cut about in half (82s to 43s)
